It’s not just Ekta who is superstitious

The entertainment industry rides on superstitions. Ekta Kapoor wears her superstitions on her sleeve. And now we have Pankaj Saraswat the director of the comedy show ‘The Great Indian Laughter Challenge’ following suit. The entire crew and cast of The Great Indian Laughter Challenge 4 strongly believe in the fact that a Parsi being the host of the show adds to the success of the show. From the last three seasons Perizad – a Parsi has done wonders for the show. The show with its unique concept really got very good response from the audience. This time another Parsi Shenaz Treasurywala has been roped in as the new host of the show. Pankaj Saraswat- the director of the show, says, “Our entire cast believes that the Parsi factor really works for us. Also the alphabet “S” is lucky for us. We had Shekhar, Siddhu, Shakti Kapoor as our judges in the previous seasons and now again this year we have Shatrughan. So the “S” factor along with the Parsi host works wonders for the show’. If only alphabets could be patented very soon we would be left with none.
