Sonakshi to grace the sets of Indian Idol Junior 'Dobaara' with Imran; SRK floored by Sugandha Date's performance

Sonakshi Sinha has not just been making her presence felt on the 70 mm with her back-to-back releases but also on the small screen. The Sinha girl, who had earlier visited the sets of several shows to promote Lootera, is busy promoting her next Once Upon A Time In Mumbai Dobaara. If sources are to be believed, the actress will be seen on Indian Idol Junior (Fremantle Productions) for the second time when she will come to promote Once Upon A Time In Mumbai Dobaara. However this time, she will be coming in with her co-star Imran Khan. They will be seen gracing the ‘Idol’ stage next Saturday (10 August 2013). Meanwhile, it seems that Shah Rukh Khan had a great time when he recently visited the sets of Indian Idol Junior to promote his upcoming film Chennai Express. Viewers of the show have already seen Sugandha Date earning a lot of praise lately not only from the judges of the show, but also from the film fraternity. And the latest to join Sugandha’s fan list is none other than King Khan himself. Said a source, “Sugandha stole SRK’s heart by performing to his song Mere khwabo mein jo aae hearing which Shah Rukh exclaimed, “Ab to raaton me hi nahi, din me bhi tere sapne aate… Kano me goonjte tere hi gaane.. Sundar daant wali…. Sugandha Date.” This remark got the whole studio laughing. The Khan then made his way on stage to congratulate Sugandha on her brilliant performance. In return, Sugandha presented him with a red rose which the superstar gladly accepted and returned it with a kiss on her cheeks. Sugandha even acted out a scene from a film of Shah Rukh, seeing which the Dil To Pagal Hai actor observed, “Mujhe toh aapse acting seekhni padegi.” Looks like Sugandha has added another fan to her ever increasing list.
