As we earlier reported Dakssh Ajit Singh last seen as Bali in Jamunia was to play a pivotal role in Shreya Creations’ upcoming Star Plus show but now news has that he is backed out of it due to prior commitments. The producers are now looking for another replacement. A source from the show says, "Yes, Dakssh recently informed the production house about not being able to do the show. He was suitable for Harsimran’s character. Now we are looking for a guy with a good physique and who can carry of the typical Sardar look with turban and beard.” Dakssh has recently finished a Punjabi movie which is slated to release in October. “So he would be busy promoting the movie and will not be able to shoot with us. Since his role is important, we cannot start our first schedule which was supposed to start this week. Now it has been pushed ahead. Within a week we will finalise a new person for this role,” the source adds. Singh says, "Yes due to some unforeseen circumstances I had to leave the show. I am flying to Chandigarh soon for the promotion of my movie, so I will not be able to give them dates."
