Rohit Khurana to start UTV show

Rohit Khurana popularly known as Vansh of Uttaran is almost done with his cameo in Miley Jab Hum Tum. He is now likely to begin shoot for UTV's new Star Plus show next week onwards. There were speculations about Rohit being replaced in the show. But now things have been sorted out and he is on. A source from the show says, “There were some date issues with Rohit, so we could not start shooting immediately. However now he is free with his last show and has given us adequate days. Our first schedule is expected to start from September 20 in Pune, where we are going to shoot Rohit's introductory sequence and then we will continue our shoot in Mumbai." Rohit says, "Yes, in the next two days I will finish shooting for Miley Jab Hum Tum and from next week onwards I am supposed to start on my new show.” His character of Dhruv in MJHT went well with the audience therefore the makers wanted to extend his role. "I accepted this role because it is a youth based show. Fortunately, people have appreciated it a lot, they wanted me to continue with this role but since I had other commitments I couldn't do it,” he says. Dhruv was brought in to help Nupur regain her memory. Meanwhile, the UTV show may go on air in October-end.
