Tejasvi Welingker to play the female lead in Colors’ Sanskaar season 2

The hunt for the female lead in Colors’ Sanskaar Season 2 has finally come to end with the makers (Anahita and Cinemantra) finalizing Tejasvi Welingkar to play the pivotal role of Dhara. Earlier Tellychakkar.com wrote about Krystle Dsouza (Ek Hazaaron Mein Meri Behna Hai) being roped in to play the female lead but later was asked to go for her not-so-affable attitude. With Tejasvi, makers are hoping to bring in extra flavour to the plot. Talking about her character, Dhara will be a simple village belle, similar to that of Basanti in the movie Sholay. She will be a bubbly girl who will have a brother. Cheerful and confident, Dhara will be the new girl entering the life of Kishan (Jay Soni). When contacted, Tejasvi confirmed the news saying, “Yes, from all other auditions, the makers liked mine. I am glad to be playing the lead in Sanskaar 2.” We wish her all the luck and success!!!
