Sushant Singh Rajput out of Abhishek Kapoor's Fitoor

A few days ago after reporting that Sushant Singh Rajput was going to star in YRF’s Paani to be directed by Shekhar Kapur, we came out with the news that the actor was also set to star in Abhishek Kapoor’s Fitoor. Undoubtedly the actor was happy to strike a double bonanza, but he knew that it would be very difficult to handle the two films as far as giving dates was concerned. To ease the matter, the Kai PoChe! and Shuddh Desi Romance actor requested Abhishek to postpone the date of his film and perhaps disappointed him. Said a spokesperson of Sushant, “Sushant will not be doing Fitoor for which he had allotted dates this year and kept himself free. The film’s schedule has shifted from its original Oct’13 shoot schedule to March ’14 and now subsequently to July 2014. It now clashes with his dates allotted for Paani next year due to which he has had to let it go. However, he hopes to collaborate with Abhishek Kapoor on some project in the future.” Resultantly, Sushant is no more a part of Fitoor and the director is now on the lookout for a replacement.
