Alia Bhatt congratulates Priyanka Chopra on becoming the global brand ambassador for Guess

In an industry that is replete with cat fights especially among leading ladies, it was refreshing to see Alia Bhatt congratulate Priyanka Chopra after the latter was signed up by prominent American fashion brand Guess as its brand ambassador. “Woohooo...Congratulations,” tweeted Alia. For Priyanka, it’s celebration time as never before in history has Guess signed an Indian as their global brand ambassador. Priyanka herself sounded extremely excited and tweeted: "I'm so proud to be the next #GuessGirl. It's a legacy of beauty for 30 years...” Making the occasion even more special was the person who shot Priyanka’s first ad campaign for Guess. It happens to be none other than Canadian rock star and photographer, Bryan Adams who has shot some signature black and white collection. With this deal, Priyanka joins Shah Rukh Khan and Aishwarya Rai who are the only other Indian actors to have been signed on as global ambassadors by foreign brands.
