Suzanne said Krrish 3 is the best movie of my career so far - Hrithik Roshan

Hrithik Roshan
The Roshans are back with the latest movie of their super successful franchise – Krrish 3. It sure looks bigger and better but ask Hrithik and you will know the real pain and trouble he and his family had to endure while making this superhero flick. But, as they say, ‘All’s well that ends well.’ Krrish 3, with its rich VFX effects, looks all set to dazzle the audience in Diwali. Tellychakkar.com spoke to Hrithik Roshan to know more about his ambitious filmy venture till date. Hrithik, you have given your sweat and blood for Krrish 3. Would you say this is the biggest film of your career? At this point of time, Krrish 3 is the biggest movie of my career in every single way. For starters, I had to find the superhero inside me to begin the film. I had a double slip disc and my doctor advised me not to do this movie. When my father came to know about it, he said, ‘Let's shelve this film for now and do it later when you are alright.’ But I knew that if I didn't do this movie now, it would impossible to make it later… (pauses) Go on… I was completely broken at that time. My knees and my back were completely gone. My waist had expanded to 36 and half inches. So starting from that point to the end of the film where I have a hole in my brain now, it’s been a huge struggle. We had to climb a mountain. So I had to find the superhero inside me to surmount all these impediments. In that sense, Krrish has had the biggest impact on my life. Krrish 3 has been difficult as a movie but it also showed how to tackle the difficulties in my life. So Krrish 3 is worth all the pain that you went through? Yes, Krrish is a franchise that has spanned a decade. It's been exhausting but thankfully we have conquered a mountain that looked impossible. If there is a rewarding feeling in your life it always comes through some effort. If you remain in the illusion that my day will be very happy and it will pass of like this (snaps his fingers) then trust me you will be bored very soon. You need challenges in your life. If there is no pain there will be no pleasure. When pain is there in front of you and it is inevitable that you have to go through it, then you must pull pain towards you. It is only when you do that and face pain head on; you will reach a space that is filled with infinite positiveness. So if you want to lead a happy life don't be scared of pain. Face it with courage. Only then you will lead a truly happy life. There are reports that Krrish 4 may happen as well. Don’t you think the franchise Krrish has now reached a saturation point? (Thinks) See if you ask me to do Krrish 4 right now, I would say ‘hold on’ let’s think about it for a day or two. Saturation point is a temporary phase. Yes, right now there is a saturation point with Krrish. I can’t start doing Krrish 4 right now. But saturation point comes with monotony. If you are continuously traversing in your art and exploring new dimensions and new variety, you will never be saturated. Saturation comes when you are not enthusiastic about something. So if you wake up with enthusiasm then you will never reach a saturation point. You screened the movie for your family and close friends recently. What was their reaction? Family and friends never say anything bad about you, do they? (laughs). But everyone loved the movie. Suzanne said it’s the best movie of my career so far.
