Last weekend, we witnessed the eviction of the handsome Apurva Agnihotri from Bigg Boss 7 (Colors). The actor, who is more than happy to be back home, acknowledges that everyone should get an opportunity to visit the Bigg Boss house.
“For me, to be in the house was like a roller coaster experience. I feel one should take this opportunity as it is a wonderful experience to embark upon. Talking about my experience in the house, I would like to say that the only people who mattered to me there were Kushal Tandon and my wife Shilpa. Frankly speaking, initially I was very happy as I had Shilpa with me but post her eviction, I started losing interest in the game and felt home-sick,” Apurva states.
The talented actor claimed that the things that distracted him there were basically the small fights happening during the tasks assigned to them. “The contestants spoke of things which should not have been spoken out especially with the entire nation being a witness to it,” adds the Jassi Jaisi Koi Nahi actor.
While the effervescent actor feels that Kamya (Punjabi) is a head-strong woman and compares her own personality to that of a coconut, stands by Gauahar’s (Khan) aggressive stance. Apurva avers, “Kushal deserves to make a comeback on the show.”
Confirming on the same, he talked about what hurt him about a particular contestant in the Bigg Boss house.
Any guesses?
“While in the Bigg Boss house, I was unaware of certain facts but once out, I learnt from my family, friends and the active viewers that Armaan Kohli spoke ill about us (Apurva and Shilpa) even after my wife was being sweet to him by offering food,” Apurva reveals.
And when Tellychakkar.com asked Apurva if he felt that the fights happened due to a fair chance of misinterpretation of words, he was quick to add, “I personally feel that in there, more than half the time, things were blown out of proportion because of the format of the show. I would not mind crediting the other half to the misinterpretation of words used on National TV.”
We wish Apurva all the very best in future as he bids his fans adieu with his last words, “Keep watching, keep listening and loving.”
