Dance India Dance returns on Zee

Zee’s popular reality show Dance India Dance is set to return on Zee. Dance India Dance double will now have couples dancing grooving on the DID stage. TellyChakkar had earlier reported that Geeta Kapur has given her nod to judge the show. A source says,” We were looking for fresh faces as judges however we had approached Geeta Kapur and she immediately said a yes to us. We wanted Remo D’Souza and Terence Lewis to come back as well but Remo had agreed to judge Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa and there is some confusion whether he would be a part of DID. Though in all probability Remo would be judging DID. Meanwhile we are looking at other options as well. The hosts will be the same. Jay Bhanushali and Saumya Tandon have agreed to host DID this time around as well. We have introduced a new format this time and thus the name DID Double. Popular contestants from the last two seasons will be paired up with a selected few from the aam junta. The show will go on floors in November.” We tried getting through to Jay Bhanushali and Saumya Tandon but they remained unavailable to comment.
