Bollywood singers Sonu Niigaam, Sunidhi Chauhan, Usha Mangeskar lend their voices to a unique stage musical on Krishna - "Naccho Shhree Radhye Krishna Sang"

In a first of its kind, Bollywood singers Sonu Niigaam, Usha Mangeshkar and Sunidhi Chahuan have come together and lend their voices to a stage musical and dance drama- Naccho Shhree Radhye Krishna Sang that showcases the heart-tugging love story between Lord Krishna and Radha. What’s unique about this show is that one will get to hear their popular Bollywood singers sing songs that are devotional and classical in genre. Sonu Niigaam’s singular classical rendition that praises the love between Krishna and his sweetheart Radha will give you multiple goose bump moments. Also joining Sonu are legendary singers Usha Mangeshkar, Anuradha Paudwal, Sadhna Sargam and many others. This divine musical which opened up in Mumbai last weekend, presented a stunningly beautiful dance drama with more than 40 actors and dancers who recreated Krishna Leela on stage which took the audience back in time to Lord Krishna’s divine era. The musical also has a soulful English number ‘Krishna My Love’ a soulful Fusion Composition made especially for the international audience. Sandip Sheth the producer of this musical dance drama told us that the idea to rope in Bollywood singers for this show was to make it more popular among the audience. “We wanted to give this musical show on Lord Krishna a global feel. With Bollywood singers like Sonu Niigaam singing songs for our play, it would be easy to establish connect with audience both in India and abroad,” said Sandip who also plans to stage this musical in UK and USA next month.
