A jump from TV to films for Anjana Reethoria Rishi with Love Magik

After working in the TV industry as a Creative Director for around nine years, Anjana Reethoria Rishi is all set to announce her first feature film Love Magik as a director and writer under the banner Thanx Universe Entertainment. Talking on the same, the young woman quips, “The USP of this movie is its unique and different storyline with a freshness which Bollywood is looking forward to. I would want the audience to decide its genre, but all I can say is that this is a film that will definitely bring a smile on the audiences’ face after watching it.” The film will launch Dance India Dance Season 1 star and ABCD fame Mayuresh Wadkar as the lead. Also talks are on with Kabir Bedi for a very significant role. Sneha Ullal will make a comeback to the big screen with this film, along with Parikshit Sahni. There is also a probability that Imam Siddiqui will be roped in for an important part. “Casting is still in the process, but we will finalise it in a couple of weeks. We will go on floors with the film in February next year and would want to release the film on 1 August 2014,” informs Anjana. Anjana who has earlier worked as Creative Director in shows like Naagin, Sasural Genda Phool, Saraswatichandra and Ek Nanad Ki Khushiyon Ki Chaabi Meri Bhabhi has been working on this project for the last four months. As she avers, “I quit Meri Bhabhi (Star Plus) so that I could work on this film, and I hope everything goes well from now.” We wish the film good luck!!!
