Zee TV presents Rajan Shahi's unusual love story Aur Pyaar Ho Gaya

Warning signs don’t follow those who fall in love. Everyone has their own version of being smitten by Cupid; some call the moment magical while the others call it explosive. It's one unique and unmistakable experience, an exhilarating mix of emotions that brings about the union of two people. The routine "girl meets boy... boy and girl fall in love...boy and girl get married" is common in all love stories, however it's the process and the experience of falling in love that makes every story unique from the others. Bringing together this simple yet complicated concept called 'love' and one's realization of it, is a beautiful story titled ...Aur Pyaar Ho Gaya. Conceptualised by ace producer Rajan Shahi's Director's Kut Productions and Zee TV, the show talks about this sublime experience that a young and spirited Avni is waiting to discover in her life. Avni (Kaanchi) is a hopeless romantic woman who feeds on a daily dose of traditional romantic classics and romanticizes the idea of ‘falling in love’. Based in the pink city of Jaipur, the show boasts of an interesting cast that will form the characters of the two families who are central in the narrative. Though belonging to the same community, the two families follow a very different value system. Hinting at the story of the show, content head, Hindi GECs, ZEEL Ajay Bhalwankar said, "...Aur Pyaar Ho Gaya centers on the thought that - you don't find love, love finds you! Falling in love is one of the most magical experiences that happen between two people. The story encapsulates the life of a vivacious young girl, Avni and her experience of falling in love. It has the quintessential Rajan Shahi touch in terms of the look and feel. The cast has fresh talent and we hope our audiences will embrace this journey of love. And to share this experience is master story teller Rajan Shahi who both produces as well as directs the show." Woven beautifully around the culture and traditions of the Marwari community, Avni lives, eats and breathes romantic books and romantic movies. Her notion and her idea of love are fuelled by these visuals until the moment of truth happens after which she realises that what she was looking for was always right in front of her. Commented Shahi, "...Aur Pyaar Ho Gaya is a look into the life of a young girl who leads a protected life in the city of Jaipur. She is bound by the rule book that her highly traditional family has laid down for her. It captures the journey of Avni who transcends the boundaries set for her and begins to experience life in all its glory. We're glad to have found our Avni in Kaanchi and Raj in Mishkat. Newbies Kaanchi Singh and Mishkat Varma play the leads Avni and Raj in the show while the girl’s parents are being enacted by Reena Kapoor and Rajeev Singh. Other key members of the cast comprise of Waseem Mushtaqh, Ashita Dhawan, senior actor Rajeev Verma and newcomer Nikita Agarwal amongst others. The show will premiere on 6 January 2014 and air every Monday to Friday at 10 pm.
