Ajay Devgn's Action Jackson postpones its release date to 6 June; set to clash with Akshay Kumar's next release

Come 6 June and it will be Judgment Day for Ajay Devgn and Akshay Kumar. Both their movies will be releasing on the same day and worse both these actors need a major hit to boost their career after massive flops. Prabhu Dheva’s masala caper Action Jackson starring Ajay Devgn was originally slated to release on 11 April 2014 but the movie was postponed as the makers wanted to avoid clashing with Amitabh Bachchan’s Bhootnath Returns. It was decided that Action Jackson would be released on 1 May. But now news trickles in that the movie has been postponed once again and will now be released on 6 June 2014. While reasons for this postponement is not clear yet, the new release date has effectively mounted the movie to collide against another big release – Akshay Kumar’s Holiday - A Soldier Is Never Off Duty which is Tamil movie Thupakki’s remake starring Akshay and Sonakshi Sinha in the lead roles. So get set to see the titans of Bollywood- Akshay and Ajay – clashing at the box office on 6 June unless Prabhu decides to postpone his movie for a third time. Now that would be a hat-trick of postponements for Prabhu!!!
