Toshi Sabri survives heinous attack

Toshi Sabri of Voice of India fame was rushed to Nanavati Hospital in Mumbai on Sunday, after he was attacked by four unknown persons. According to a news channel, the singer from Jaipur suffered injuries on his head after being hit by a hammer. It’s still unclear as to who the assailants were and what their motive was. Toshi was brought to the hospital by his brother. Toshi’s VOI co-contestant Irfan, who is currently at the hospital said, “None of us has any clue as to what happened last night. The police are here and they are investigating the matter. We were only concerned about Toshi’s safety. The doctors successfully operated on him a while ago. He’s out of danger and has regained consciousness. However, he’s still in the ICU.” Irfan adds, “From what I know is that this incident took place after Toshi was returning from his friend’s place in Andheri. Some miscreants attacked him from behind and left him bloodied. I’m just glad that my friend has survived.”
