I am not married: Clarifies Shashank Sethi

Shashank Sethi, who essays the lead role in Big Magic’s Season 2 of Love Dosti Dua, is ‘single’ and ‘contemplating to mingle’. However the actor has a major problem on hand as the crew members and co-actors on the set of his show assume that he is ‘happily married’. Well, how would you react when you are unmarried, but people around you claim that ‘you are indeed married and have a kid too’? This is exactly what Shashank’s state of mind at the moment is. Says Shashank, “I really do not know from where this rumour has started from. People assume I am married, and have a wife somewhere. They also say I have a son who is two and half years old, and his name is Krish. This assumption startles me at times.” So how do you react to these rumours if they are baseless? “Well, I used to initially ignore such talks. But I am now hearing this for the past 7-8 months. Now, I have taken it upon myself to clear the air when people talk of the same. When people ask me why I keep my relationship status a secret, I get annoyed.” On Tellychakkar.com, would you want to clarify your relationship status? “Yes, I am very much single.
