The 'missing lehenga' drama continues in Star Plus' Diya Aur Baati Hum

The entire family in Star Plus’ popular daily show Diya Aur Baati Hum (Shashi Sumeet Mittal Productions Pvt Ltd) has been rejoicing with the impending marriage of Chhavi (Sehrish Ali), the daughter of the house. And with Sandhya (Deepika Singh) managing to come back from her training to take part in the celebration has made the family more overjoyed. Seeing Chhavi hiding the news of her missing lehenga, the family has been quite tensed but the ever-smart Sandhya will once again take it upon herself to find it. Sandhya will trick the family saying she has a detecting device that will help to catch the thief. And falling in her trap, Chhavi will decide to dispose of the lehenga before getting caught. Sandhya, who will be hiding in Chhavi’s room, will catch her red-handed and make her wear the same lehenga for her marriage rituals. The drama will reach its peak when Chhavi’s would be mother-in-law will decide to call off the marriage after coming to know about all the fuss. Informs a source, “Chhavi’s saas will be really shocked knowing about her deeds and will decide to call off the wedding saying that she is not trustworthy anymore.” But will the elderly lady really cancel the wedding?
