Caught in a jealous 'web': MTV Webbed 2 showcases a case of cyber revenge

MTV is back with Season 2 of its acclaimed show Webbed. Capturing real life cases of cyber abuse, MTV Webbed 2 promises to further empower the youth to surf smart and stay safe. With young and vivacious actress Kritika Kamra hosting this season, it aims to urge the youth to be cautious while using the internet. The first episode will see the story of a young, modern, free –spirited girl Tamannah’s friendship with her two best friends take an ugly turn. Jealous of her popularity in college and the attention she gets from boys; her friends seek vengeance by posting compromising pictures of her on a social networking website. Betrayed and hurt, the episode highlights Tamannah’s fight for justice with her mother’s support. The episode will air this Friday, 4 April at 7pm.
