Rajesh Roshan turns producer; first film to be helmed by Gajjendra Ahirey

Rajesh Roshan
In a first, a well-known music director has decided to change tracks and turn producer. Do you know of whom we are talking about? We are talking of well-known music director Rajesh Roshan, who has now decided to follow his brother Rakesh Roshan in filmmaking. It is said that Roshan had first approached Sridevi for the role in his debut film but after the actress excused herself, he is said to be considering Madhuri Dixit for the role. But rubbishing all such talks, the debut filmmaker said that he is in the process of writing a cameo for his nephew Hrithik. "I’m writing a cameo for Hrithik. It won’t be just for the sake of it but will be the demand of the script where his space in the film will be justified. The part will suit his personality. He can’t just stand in the frame and walk away," said Roshan in a statement. About his film’s story, Roshan averred, "My script is a love triangle. It’s being worked on right now. If we get the right star cast, then we will go ahead with it this year." As per reports the film is based on the influence of online content on young children, but the music director turned director claims it’s actually a romantic story. The film would be directed by Gajjendra Ahirey who has all along been associated with Marathi films having made noted films like Simhaasan and Swamy Public Ltd among many others.
