Guest Editor of The Day: Akriti Kakkar

These lines fell in place for our latest guest at Tellychakkar.com’s den!! We recently had the pleasure of having singer Akriti Kakkar amidst us at the office. The lady who is currently overwhelmed with the response of her song Iski Uski from upcoming film 2 States walked into our cool office dressed up in a blue one-piece dress with fancy chappals. She had also tied her hair into a pony tail, a perfect summer look to take the seat of our guest editor. What fascinated us about this playback singer was her obsession for her sling bag!! She did not let go off it till we asked her to feel comfortable. This is when we learnt that the actress has a habit of leaving her things at places, and that is why she makes it a point to keep her things to herself. Soon after this we got into some interesting conversation with the girl with a melodious voice. Here we spoke to her about her journey and ups and downs in the industry to only learn how optimistic she is. We will soon be uploading all this for our readers. And then the best part happened. We got to hear the vocalist sing two of her songs - first was Iski Uskifrom 2 States and the second was Annan Faanan from Namastey London. Russian writer, Leo Tolstoy once said, ‘Music is the shorthand of emotion’ and we completely agree with that, for we did feel emotionally connected to the singer soon after the musical session. But guess all good things have to end, and thereby we bid adieu to the gorgeous lady. We indeed had a musical day!
