Kavita Radheshyam to play Silk Smita in Rajinikanth biopic

Kavita Radheshyam, who was lately in the news of having reprised the role that Rekha played in the spine-chilling Khoon Bhari Maang in the film’s Marathi version Bharla Malwat Rakhtaana, will be seen playing the lead role of late sex siren Silk Smita in Main Hoon Rajinikanth, said to be a biopic on Asia's living superstar and cultural icon Rajinikanth. The film, being produced by Mrs. Saroj under the banner of Varsha Productions, has Faisal Saif, who both writes and directs the film. The film introduces noted South actor Adithya Menon and also features Aryeman Ramsay. Kavita’s recent release Ragini IPS in Kannada is running to packed houses. In the film the actress played the role of a desperate housewife. It is interesting to note that Kavita has already worked with Faisal in his last thriller 5 Ghantey Mein 5 Crore which was featured in the top 10 Bold Films category of 2012.
