For most men who swoon over gorgeous Ritu Chaudhary aka Shobha of Kyunki Saas Bhi Kabhi Bahu Thi, here's good news. It seems the bubbly actor is missing from the serial as she's busy shedding weight. "I'm currently on a break and busy shedding out my extra kilos. In last three months I've lost six kgs. It feels good to be back in shape," says Ritu. "I dedicate an hour daily to cardio exercises, sometimes in the gym and sometimes on the jogging track. I'm keeping a tight check on my diet which means I totally avoid oily and sweet stuff and stick to salads and soups. I have even forced my maid to cook oil and fat free food. I make best use of treadmill and other equipments in our gym," she adds further. So, what's up on the television front? "Next month I'll be going on a month long trip to New Zealand with my hubby. After coming back I'll start looking for work. It'll be difficult for me as in this industry being out of sight is out of mind but I'll manage," signs off Ritu. We hope to see Ritu soon…
