'No Smoking' on the sets of Ye Hai Mohabbatein

Brooke Shields once famously remarked, “Smoking kills. If you're killed, you've lost a very important part of your life.” Smoking cigarettes is a celebrity trend that public emulate with amazing vigour. Ye hai Mohabbatein actor Karan Patel has always been open about his smoking habit and has maintained that although he wants to quit, he has not be able to do so. Now it seems like Karan’s getting some much needed support co-star, Divyanka Tripathi who is helping him kick the butt, at least on sets. Tellychakkar.com brings you the entire story. Reveals Divyanka, “Yes, I requested Karan (Patel) not to smoke on sets as it affects my body and it is indeed very harmful for everyone. Earlier I had throat infection due to passive smoking and it lead to my voice getting choked. Hence, on my request nobody smokes those cancer sticks on sets.” Hope all the smoker fans are reading this and will follow suit as well.
