Tiger is a chilled out and down to earth guy - Karan Chhabra

Karan Chhabra
The good looking young Punjabi munda Karan Chhabra, who won Bindass’ Superdude, and then played an important part in The Serial is all set to make his 70 mm screen debut with Heropanti that released yesterday. Playing a namesake character, Karan will be seen playing Tiger’s best friend in the movie. Shedding more light on it he shares, “It is a very important character as I am not only a friend but almost like a brother to him. Although Karan would be seen discouraging him into getting into a relationship, when it would lead to problems, my character will stand strong with him.” So how was the experience working with Tiger, we asked. “Oh it had been wonderful. The first day I was a bit nervous since I didn’t know how a star kid would behave. But surprisingly he is a super chilled out guy and completely down to earth. We have really gelled well and the on screen friendship has surely rubbed us off screen too. We have become really good friends and I am sure the bond will continue for long,” he replies. Karan then goes on to add, “The best thing about Tiger I must mention is that he is totally focused on his work and I got to learn a lot from him. We used to have loads of fun on the sets and since almost all of us are newcomers we could share our apprehensions and doubts with each other. The whole journey with the film has been a school of learning for me.” And Heropanti being his first release what all emotions are you experiencing? “Oh there are so many! I am extremely nervous and also very excited about it. My entire family in Delhi will be watching the film and I hope they all like it. I am actually waiting for the response of my friends and family. The film is a real entertainer and people should really go for it.” So what’s next now? “There are surely some things in the pipeline but I wouldn’t like to mention anything till things get finalised. I am just hoping for the best and seek blessings of all,” concludes the actor. All the best Karan!
