Rajnikanth is an Maharashtrian turned South Indian actor. His name was Shivaji Rao Gaikwad, he was born on 12th December, 1950. Apart from acting he was a play back singer, producer and a cultural icon. He lost his mother at the age of 5. He studies at Aacharya Paathshaala in Banglore and then at the Vivekanda balakha Sangha.He began working as a bus conductor for Banglore transport service. He was the son of a police men.
