Malini Kapoor and Ajay Sharma to tie the knot on 7 July 2014

It’s band baja baraat time!!! Malini Kapoor and Ajay Sharma recently got engaged (roka ceremony-check pic above) and are now all set to take the holy nuptial vows on 7 July 2014. “Ajay and I met for the first time while working in the show Love U Zindagi. Later after it ended we still kept meeting each other. He used to say jokingly ‘shaadi karogi’. And I used to avoid it thinking that he was joking. But one day I asked if he really wanted to get married and he said ‘yes’.” She continued, “Then our family met and surprisingly even Ajay’s dad wished me to become their daughter-in-law. And after pushing the marriage for so many months finally the wedding dates have been locked.” On wedding plans, she elaborated, “It will be a Rajasthani style wedding in Jaipur. There will be four ceremonies- Mehndi on 5th, Sangeet on 6th and wedding cum reception on 7th. My sister Shalini has designed my wedding attire.” So who all are invited from the fraternity? “My close friends from previous show Rab Se Sohna Ishq and Love U Zindagi and few other friends from the television industry.” What about honeymoon? “We are planning to go to Europe.” We at Tellychakkar.com wish luck to the would-be couple.
