Ranbir Kapoor has yet again proved why he is looked upon as the perfect gentleman among the current crop of actors. The actor didn't beat around the bush yesterday when asked about Preity Zinta and her fight for justice. Unlike some of his much accomplished peers, Ranbir spoke sensibly and even lauded Preity's strength and courage that she has displayed in such trying times. "Preity is a very strong and independent woman," said Ranbir and added, "I have interacted with her many times and I know she is a nice girl. I have met Ness too a couple of times. I really don't know what happened between them. So it would be unfair on my part to comment anything on this issue." Ranbir, however did make it very clear that no man who misbehaves with a girl should be spared. "One thing is clear. No woman should ever be touched by a man if she doesn't want to be touched. That's the basic rule every man has to follow. So if someone has misbehaved with her and it is proven in the court of law, then he should be punished. However, I can't be a judge and say who is right and who is not. I hope this thing gets sorted out and brings peace to all involved soon," said Ranbir. Well, kudos to you Ranbir for having spoken out. At a time when industry bigwigs are shying away from commenting on this issue, you proved your worth by voicing out your opinion. May be Salman Khan should take a leaf out of your book.
