Revealed: R Madhavan's look for his upcoming movie, Saala Khadoos

Guess who we bumped into yesterday night during our night vigil sleuthing at a suburban five star? R Madhavan. Sporting an unusually thick unkempt beard and long hair most of which stayed hidden under his sports cap, the actor looked almost unrecognizable in his new grungy look. While we grappled for a bit trying to put a name to his face, Madhavan spotted us and flashed his discerning dimpled smile making things easy for us. As he extended his hand to shake ours, we couldn’t help but notice his python biceps that his t-shirt sleeve almost struggled to contain. Even his trademark South Indian paunch seemed to have vanished and on current display was a nice and firm tummy. It was evident that the actor had been pumping some serious iron for months now. On enquiring, Madhavan revealed that he had been working hard on his physique for his upcoming movie Saala Khadoos in which he plays a retired boxer. Now that explained the new beefy look of Madhavan. Though the actor was not game to reveal anything more, we have learnt through sources that Madhavan would be seen essaying the role of a boxing coach in this supposedly bilingual (Hindi & Tamil) movie.
