Ekta's first sitcom became a rage and Ekta became a household name with Hum Paanch.

And then began the trend of K series. An array list of successful 'K' serials made Ekta the TV queen

If Ekta kept elders of the family happy with saas-bahu sagas, the young crowd found their daily dose of peppy love stories in Ekta's shows too

Drama though was a regular at Balaji camp, it also entertained masses with thrillers.

Ekta delved into the mytho genre with her 'hatke' Mahabharat story

If mytho failed, historical show Jodha Akbar created a successful mark for Ekta

Love and music have a special connect, and Ekta uses both in her show to make a fun watch

Ekta was also the one who made mature love stories on TV a cult. We love them..and so do you!
