In the previous episode, Malvika tells Anuj that she will leave the office and go away with Vanraj. This scares Anupama and Anuj. On the other hand, Anuj's secret is out. Anupama gets a rose that he had hidden from her for long. They have a romantic moment with each other.
In the upcoming episode, Malvika will tell Anupama that she likes Vanraj and the feeling is very different and she cannot express it. She tells her that she is the happiest around him.
Anupama is shocked to hear this and doesn’t know to react as Malvika is not ready to hear anything about Vanraj and wants to go ahead with her relationship.
