MUMBAI: Anupamaa blindly trusted her husband and never questioned his loyalty.
Vanraj always looked down over Anupamaa as a boring and typical housewife and even cheated on her through an extra-marital affair with Kavya.
Vanraj and Kavya's affair gets revealed to Paritosh, Nandini, Sanjay and Devika; which does not limit the progress of a shameless Vanraj.
Now, Anupama finally witnesses Vanraj and Kavya's illicit relationship in person.
As a result, she slips into a deep trauma and loses her senses.
On gaining her consciousness back, Devika and the Shah's are completely baffled over Anupamaa's trauma-driven mentally imbalanced state.
