MUMBAI: Anupamaa is presently ruling our television screens. The show is doing exceptionally well and is topping the weekly BARC ratings. Rupali Ganguly plays the lead role while Gaurav Khanna plays the role of her husband Anuj. These days the track revolves around Malti Devi coming to stay in Kapadia House.

Pakhi will come to know about her infertility and she will be devastated to know that she can never become a mother.
Pakhi and Adhik will be having a difficult time as they were planning to have a family of their own.
Since Pakhi cannot become a mother, Anupama will suggest that Pakhi adopt a child.
Pakhi is however not convinced as she wants a child of her own with her own blood.
Things will now take a drastic turn as Pakhi will become obsessed with the idea of getting pregnant at any cost.
Pakhi and Adhik’s marital life will now experience severe turmoil.
