As revealed, Nandini and Vedhika put it into Pihu’s head that if she does something to please God, Ram and Priya will be together.
Thus, they encourage her to keep a fast for their sake so that God grants her this wish.
Pihu gets carried away by these words and secretly goes on a strict fast and does not eat anything.
Pihu also stops taking her medicine so that God will grant her wish, but unfortunately it all takes a toll on the little child’s health.

Priya then suspects that something is wrong with Pihu, as she is so low on energy and drowsy.
However, before she could find out the truth, Pihu faints, leaving everyone disturbed.
Thankfully, she recovers and regains consciousness, but she also reveals about her fast. Hearing this Ram and Priya are shocked.
