MUMBAI: Sony TV is going to be the home to one such new show ‘Kavya - Ek Junoon Ek Jazba’ starring Sumbul Touqeer Khan and Mishkat Varma. According to the promo of the show, Sumbul will be playing the role of IAS Officer Kavya who is married to an IPS officer. The story will revolve around Kavya who will make many sacrifices for her career.

After Jaideep joined as CAD director, everything is simply becoming too complicated for Adhiraj and Kavya to handle.
Knowing Adhiraj's connection to the minister, he is attempting to create a battle with him, while constantly trying to degrade Kavya.
Therefore, when Kavya trips while trekking and Adhiraj sacrifices his life to save her, villainous Jaideep takes this chance to show Kavya is mentally unstable and therefore unfit to serve in the IAS.
As a result, Kavya finds herself in a difficult situation when Jaideep purposefully asks the doctor about her broken engagement ceremony and her terrible memories of her sister Navya's suicide.
Kavya is aware that Jaideep is only trying to send her home with many justifications.
