MUMBAI: Colors TV’s popular show Mangal Lakshmi is getting more intriguing with every new episode. The current track, titled Lakshmi Ka Safar, focuses on Lakshmi and Kartik’s life-changing decision to embrace parenthood through surrogacy.
The couple has chosen a Rajasthani woman named Imarti to be their surrogate. However, little do they know that this decision will bring unexpected twists into their lives, as Imarti bears a striking resemblance to Jiya.

In earlier episodes, Gayatri strongly opposed the idea, stating that an heir of the Nigam family cannot be born through another woman. But Kartik stood firmly by Lakshmi’s side, making it clear that surrogacy was their mutual decision and the path they wished to take.
In the upcoming episodes of the show, Imarti will take the pregnancy test and the results will be negative. The Nigam family will ask her to leave the house.
Is the pregnancy test genuinely negative? Will Imarti or Jiya leave to break Kartik and Lakshmi's wish of having a baby.
