MUMBAI: Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai is one of the longest-running Indian television shows and people still love it. The audience pours in immense love for the track and the chemistry of AbhiRa aka Abhimanyu and Akshara. The show is in for a lot of drama with the upcoming twists and turns.
Previously, Akshara suddenly suffers cramps and is in excruciating pain. Neil takes her to the hospital.
Later, Akshara gets a call from the girls of the NGO and they tell her that they have been kidnapped. Akshara suggests they need to do something about the situation till the police arrive.
Neil and Akshara arrive at the concert venue and the goons beat up Neil. The goons are now about to hit Akshara but the police arrive. Neil is badly hurt and has fallen unconscious after getting hit in the head.

In the upcoming episode, Abhimanyu hurriedly arrives home and Aarohi tells him that Akshara has gone to the concert with Neil. Abhimanyu gets upset and calls her. He comes to know about what happened and is left shocked.
Neil is admitted to the Birla hospital and is in critical condition. Akshara breaks down looking at him and further notices blood on her hand.
She then suffers extreme pain in her stomach and starts to panic thinking about her babies.
