As seen so far, Tanya reveals the big truth to Fateh that Tejo is no more and she is Tanya Gill from Punjab. She further reveals that she used to be a simple Punjabi girl and one day she was caught stealing money from her office.

She got arrested and was imprisoned for three years but one day the inspector saw her and proposed a deal. The inspector asked her to help them catch Tejo's murderer in return for her freedom and she agreed on the same and her training began.

She was shown the videos of Tejo and also the voice notes where Tejo speaks about her pregnancy and her marriage with Angad and then her doubt about Fateh and Jasmine having an affair and wanting to kill her knowing about her pregnancy.

The inspector further reveals that he doubts Angad Maan and hence they decided to send her to London to make Angad confess to Tejo's murder.
