It appears that the producers are attempting their previous plot point once more, in which the brothers exchange the infants for the benefit of their whole family.
Abhira will experience the trauma of losing her kid, which will cause her life to become unstable. In order to save Abhira's life, Rohit will be seen making a significant sacrifice. He will turn his son over to Abhira.
Similar plot points were observed in the second generation of the drama, as Kartik abducted Kirti's son and gave him to Naira because she was distraught over losing her child.
Since Rohit and Armaan want to keep the family intact, they will not tell anybody about the baby exchange, hence this will be the largest upheaval in the plot.
