The latest in ‘<a href=http://www.tellychakkar.com/news/supriya-panchi-star-aahat>Aahat</a>’ is the celebrity special episodic which we had earlier reported. The latest is that there are 12 popular celebs who are all set to leave for Satara tonight for the shoot.

<a href=http://www.tellychakkar.com/news/rohit-vansh-khurana-now-do-comedy-circus>Rohit Khurana</a> aka Vansh in <a href=http://www.tellychakkar.com/news/tapasya-left-homeless-uttaran>Uttaran</a> is now also soon to be seen in Mallika-e-kitchen, will now explore his ‘scary’ side in an episode of Sony’s popular horror show <em><a href=http://www.tellychakkar.com/news/cid-and-aahat-teams-get-cracking-bumper-episode>Aahat</a></em> to be aired next week.

<a href=http://www.tellychakkar.com/news/gurmeet-debina-exchange-rings>Debina Banerjee</a> of <a href=http://www.tellychakkar.com/news/lord-gurmeet-star-geet>Ramayana</a> and <a href=http://www.tellychakkar.com/news/temporary-respite-pati-patni-ngos-plan-their-next-move>Pati Patni aur Woh</a> fame will now be seen in a special episode in Aahat. She has been shooting in the jungles of Satara. An insider says, “Debina was chosen for the role because they wanted a good actress for the episode. She is doing her own stunts and she has even refused to use a body double for the show.”

Tanmay Singh, writer of popular shows like Aahat and CID has now turned director. His directorial debut is titled ‘<em>The Masterpiece</em>’ starring Preeti Jhangiani (remember <em>Mohabbatein</em>). Tanmay says, “It is something which has never been attempted in India or internationally. It is a 45-minute film with a single character throughout the film.” The director is not yet planning a theatrical release but is planning to first send the film to international festivals. A DVD release has been planned thereafter followed by a TV release.

Sony's CID and Aahat will come together for a two-hour long maha episode this weekend. It will have the CID team first solving a murder mystery and killing the accused person who later turns into a ghost and then the story progresses into Aahat. <em><a href=http://www.tellychakkar.com/news/acp-pradyuman-arrested>CID</a></em> will be on a lookout of a murderer who has killed many people and when they finally nab him, he flees. The man is shot dead at the end of the episode and then he enters another life, the life of ghosts.

Sony’s recently launched Aahat is picking up with every passing week. The show has been fetching great numbers and from what we hear, children form a major chunk of the viewership. <em><a href= http://www.tellychakkar.com/news/aahat-resurfaces-spook>Aahat</a></em> was recently brought back on the channel by its producer B P Singh as it was observed that the repeat telecasts of some of its old episodes had augured well for the channel.

Sony’s popular horror show Aahat is all set to return with its sequel and this time it promises to be more shuddery and freakier than the original series. We had earlier reported that B.P. Singh’s Firework Productions is coming up with a new horror show but then the show was untitled. After playing with a lot of names, B.P Singh finally resolved to call it <em>Aahat</em>- The all new series.
