It has been a decade since I started my career in television. When I look back, I realise that I have always been lucky in terms of the large variety of roles I have played. Not everyone gets opportunities to play so many shades of characters ranging from a loving husband to a cruel villain. I honestly feel that if it was not for sheer luck, I would not have got so many opportunities. More so because I am an introvert by nature and just cannot blow my own trumpet. But I guess hard work really pays off. And there is no better example than my own life.

Aamir Dalvi (aka Rajiv of <em> Saathi Re</em> fame) has stepped into Sahara One’s <em> Main Aisi Kyun Hoon.</em> On the first day of his shoot, the actor had quite an interesting experience with his co-star Nazneen Patel, who plays Sanjana in the show.

Aamir Dalvi, is still shivering from a recent cold encounter he had with snakes on the sets of Star One's family drama, <em> Saathi Re.</em> "Although the snake charmer had assured us that all the snakes we use for the shoot, were not venomous, I still had my doubts," says Aamir, who plays the good boy Rajiv in the above show.
