Amit Verma bags Sony TV's Vighnaharta Ganesh

Five television personalities namely Snigdha Pandey, Roopal Tyagi, Amit Verma, Deepak Qazir and choreographer Sandip Soparrkar are celebrating their birthdays today (6 October 2012). Co-incidentally, it is Bollywood actor Vinod Khanna’s birthday also today.

Playtime Creations’ tele film titled <a href=http://www.tellychakkar.com/news/jatin-shah-sonia-kaur-and-sheetal-dabholkar-ravi-ojhas-telefilm>Teri Meri Love Stories</a> on Star Plus, that stars Amit Verma and Vinay Rohrra has a new female lead in Vandana Gupta. This Agra born actress has already done a number of films in the South ( Tamil, Telugu and Kannada) and over 80 commercials.

Chocolate boy Amit Verma (of Hotel Kingston and Kittu Sab Jaanti Hai fame) is back from hibernation and is all set for a second innings both in films (he had earlier played a role in <em>Kismat Konnection</em>) and TV.

The last time one heard of Amit Varma was when he was duped by a few naughty girls who made him foot the bill at a restaurant. Since then, the actor is keeping his distance with unknown fans. A lot of people were surprised by his long absence. Some even wondered whether Amit had quit television. Clearing the air he says, “I haven’t quit television. I was just busy shooting for my film. I’m playing a prominent role in Aziz Mirza’s upcoming film. It has Shahid Kapoor and Vidya Balan as the main leads. I can’t divulge many details,” he concludes.

Post his last show, <em> Kittu Sab Janti Hain</em>, actor Amit Verma has not been seen on the idiot box these days. Notwithstanding, he has been utilizing his free time to enjoy his new passion for dance, that too Salsa!

Amit Verma aka Rohan Kapoor of the erstwhile <em> Kitu Sabb Jaanti Hai</em> was recently spotted in the most happening party destination of our country - Goa. No he wasn't partying, Amit was shooting for music video for US based singer Rajshri Agarwal. Supposedly, the song which is a romantic number had Amit dancing to Salsa. And incidentally, he has been wanting to join Salsa classes for a long time, but never had been able to make time for it.

Amit Verma aka Rohan of <em> Kittu Sab Jaanti Hai</em> fame is having a change of heart about his career choice. The actor who has largely been busy with his show on Sahara is considering full time modelling seriously.

Amit Verma is back in action on <em>Kitu Sabb Jantii Hai</em> after a month's sabbatical. The actor has not been seen on the television circuit for a month and has decided to spend quality time with his family and friends.
