As seen in the earlier episodes of Sony Entertainment Television’s <em>Anamika</em> (Trishula Productions), Jeet (Mudit Nayyar) has bumped into Anamika (Simran Kaur). However, there are many others who are yet to witness her existence. A source tells us, that soon, there will be a boxing match between Jeet and Micky (Vineett Kumar) in which Jeet will stand victorious. This will not go well with Micky and he evaluates a plan under which he will inform the authorities of the match that Jeet is on steroids. This will lead to Jeet being disqualified from the match.

The Indian soap audience has always preferred family drama over any other genre. But whenever any maker tried to deviate from this tried and tested formula, they have had to eat a humble pie. Colors’ <em>Chhal-Sheh Aur Maat</em>, which infused family drama with thriller and supernatural elements, did not bring in big TRPs. Now, Sony Entertainment Television is trying to mix a hidden evil influence in the family drama narrative with their just launched show <em><a href=http://www.tellychakkar.com/news/jeet-win-boxing-match-anamika>Anamika</a></em>.

Sonia Kaur, who will soon be seen in the new tele series Anamika on Sony Entertainment Television, was one of the contenders in <em>Rahul Dulhaniya Le Jayega</em> on Imagine TV. In a candid conversation we had with her, she shared her journey to stardom. “The journey in this industry has been very good. I started my journey with <em>Rahul Dulhaniya Le Jayega</em> on Imagine TV. I liked him so much but at that time I was very young. I remember the first words of Rahul Mahajan when he said that I was like a sister to him. Though I was a little disheartened, but I liked him very much.”

Soniya Kour who participated in Imagine’s Dulhan hunt for Rahul Mahajan, Dilwale Dulhaniya Le Jaayenge has bagged her first fiction show with Sony Entertainment Television and Trishula Productions’ upcoming show, Anamika. Soniya essays the character of a Sardarni who is the eldest daughter-in-law in the male lead’s family.

And now the actor has bagged yet another positive role in Sony Entertainment Television’s upcoming show, <em>Anamika</em> which is a romantic thriller. The show produced by Vikas Seth’s Trishula Productions will have Hemant playing the sacrificing and supportive elder brother of the male lead, played by Mudit Nayar.

The makers of Mrs Kaushik Ki Paanch Bahuein (Sunrise Telefilms) airing on Zee TV are throwing in one interesting twist after another. After introducing <a href=http://www.tellychakkar.com/news/upasana-singh-mrs-kaushik-ki-paanch-bahuein>Upasana Singh</a> as the crooked teacher in the soap, Jyotsana Chandola – last seen in Zee TV’s <em>Bhagonwali</em> – will now be seen making an entry as Anamika.
