Nothings happening on the acting front for Vikram Acharya but that doesn't stop him from being associated with his creativity. The actor has collaborated with RS Creations, which has produced Star One's <em> Apni Tuning Jamegi and around 19 ad films.

Vikram Acharya is not to be seen on television and it's not because the actor doesn't want to be seen on the tube but for the simple reason that he's not getting the kind of roles he is interested in. So, the actor is busy writing a script based on his experiences while doing the Star One show <em>Dil Kya Chahta Hai. </em>The script is touted to be a hard core comedy and Vikram is all set to make a film of it.

confusion reigns supreme on this Star One show. There are so many unanswered questions that it is difficult to fathom what the real status of the show is. Vikram Acharaya, who plays Akki in the show, recently went public with his grievances against the channel of not promoting the show enough. But on the other hand, it also cannot be denied that the channel has brought in significant changes in the show that has helped in the TRPs. They have brought in Abhinav Kashyap as the director; they have roped in celebrities and run a 12 hour marathon episode on 3 August.
