Jyoti confronts Aryan about the reports but Aryan reveals that he doesn't trust the hospital and has done a test in the private lab. Jyoti feels her chance is fading. She checks the lab's name in Aryan's phone and carves another plan.

While Aryan goes back to his room, the doctor reveals that he is infertile with the reports. Aryan is left in shock. Later, the doctor comes to Jyoti and reveals there is a misunderstanding, they gave the wrong reports to Aryan, he is completely fit.

Imlie decides to surprise Aryan with the news and she calls Jyoti to share, this fumes Jyoti with jealousy and she decides to seek revenge from Imlie.

Jyoti and Aryan have come to the office and listening to Aryan's praises for Imlie, Jyoti feels suffocated. Meanwhile, Madhav comes to the office and shares his report on Imlie and his sting operation.

Fuming with rage, Narmada takes a few suitable girls for marriage, Arpita and Jyoti to the adoption center and asks Aryan to marry either of the ladies and divorce Imlie. She holds Imlie responsible for not being a good daughter-in-law.

Aryan later reveals that he plans to buy the adoption center and add to their empire. Imlie and Aryan go to the adoption center and while playing with the kids Imlie finds hope. But she is unaware of the storm that is about to come.

While completing the puja, Imlie become unconscious and the lady there reveals that she is pregnant. Narmada and the ladies are left in shock.

Aryan tries to make Narmada understand that she is wrong, but she refuses to listen. He then takes the sword and tries to cut his own hand. Narmada stops him from doing that and yet again taunts Imlie for the same.

Fumed with rage, Narmada reveals that if Imlie cannot give a child to Aryan then she will have to leave him and let Preeta marry Aryan and give her the child she is waiting for. Imlie is left heartbroken. Narmada goes to that extent that she blames Imlie for Aditya and her divorce.

Narmada takes Imlie to the Babaji. Although Imlie doesn't want to believe this but she does whatever Narmada says for her happiness. The baba puts forth a deadly task for Imlie to get a child. He asks her to cut her hand and only pour 100 drops of her blood in each pot.
