Shweta Gautam and Ashish Kaul to feature in Maverick's next for Reliance Big Magic

Actors Shweta Gautam and Ashish Kaul have gotten third time lucky, as they get to play a couple yet again in Anuj Saxena’s (Maverick Productions) upcoming show titled <em>Crimes of Passion</em> to be aired on Reliance Big Magic. The show will feature real cases and will go on air very soon. The shoot for the same has started in Mumbai, and the unit plans to capture most of their stories in Lucknow.

Ashish Kaul in the main lead

Ashish Kaul, who was last seen in Sony's <em> Kkusum</em>, is back on television but this time he is not an uncle, a father or a brother. After eight years the actor has bagged a leading role in Raja Mukherjee's <em> Kisi Ki Nazar Na Lage</em> on Doordarshan. Earlier he had played a lead in <em> Kahaani Saat Phero Ki</em>. "I'm very happy to bag a lead role in Raja's serial. My character name in the show is Aniruddh and I'm really looking forward for the show to go on air," says Ashish.

Raja Mukherjee's back on television!

Raja Mukherjee is readying his star cast for his new show christened <em>Kisi Ki Nazarr Na Lage</em> with Ashish Kaul and Shruti Ulfat (or Kashish) as the main leads. The show is touted as a soap opera with a Bengali backdrop.

Bomb scare at starry dreams!

It turned out to be hoax alright, but caused quite a stir and a scare when it did. Zee talent hunt <em>Cinestars Ki Khoj</em>'s shooting was on at the Famous Studio in south Mumbai. While the chosen few were being screened and preened for the grand finale of the Bollywood Dreams edition, in came a frantic phone call claiming that a bomb was planted right under the sets! Apparently, the trickster had called up a telephone operator, who raised the alarm.
