Faltu loses her way after her loss of vision. Some young people then help her reach the hospital. A male doctor helps Faltu stay at the hospital and takes good care of her. 

Faltu is extremely stressed as she suddenly loses her vision. Ayaan stops his wedding to Faltu and things get even worse for her when the doctor who is operating on her cannot guarantee if her vision will be restored. 

Ayaan is now married to Tanisha but somehow he keeps thinking of Faltu and the sindoor in her hairline. The following day however, Faltu and Ayaan come face to face in the temple.

Ayaan returns to the mandap to marry Tanisha. Ayaan does not feel happy marrying Tanisha, but he is bound by his family obligations.  

Ayaan finally marries Tanisha even though he had thoughts of Faltu. Now that the duo is married, they will have their kuldevi puja post-marriage. 

Faltu will be tricked by Pappi and he will force her to get married to him. Left with no other choice, Faltu will wear her bridal attire and be ready to marry Pappi.

As Pappi is about to force Faltu to marry him, Tanisha permits Ayaan to finally rescue Faltu. Things take a different twist when Faltu suddenly starts calling Pappi Kaka, Pappi Ji.

Currently, while Faltu leaves Mittal House, Ayaan and Tanisha's wedding preparations continue. Further, thay also jointly name the business and property in Ayaan and Tanisha's name. 

Ayaan and Faltu's cricket secret is out in the open and everyone is aware about it. However, this truth hurts Janardhan and Tanisha the most as Ayaan lied to them and broke their trust. 

Rijula tries to make Ayaan understand that he does not really love Tanisha and thus should not go ahead with Janardhan’s decision of getting married to her. Shockingly, even then Ayaan chooses Tanisha and her family over Faltu.
