Charan yells at Ayaan and blames him for Faltu's problems. Ayaan is so disturbed by this that he drives his car rashly and gets into an accident.

After a rollercoaster of events, Faltu finally gets her eye surgery done and gets her eyesight back. Sid will brainwash Tanisha against Faltu so she will get separated from Ayaan.

Faltu spits out her feelings herself towards Mat Sahab (Ayaan) in the heat of an emotional breakdown, eyeing him to have met with an accident. Faltu is unaware for Ayaan to be putting up an act to force her to reveal the reality and repenting for hurting him.

Faltu faces a traumatic experience when she comes to the hospital for her eye checkup. While Ayaan gets busy in business, Sid and Tanisha execute their evil plan to make Faltu confess the truth about her marriage and her real husband.

Faltu and Ayaan’s marriage is under wraps and Faltu is trying her best not to let anyone know the truth. Tanisha and Sid meanwhile bribe the doctor and things get tougher for Faltu to keep the truth.

Ayaan hires an investigator and finally tracks down Ajit and Faltu once again. This gets Tanisha restless because she has started to grow suspicious of Ayaan's feelings for Faltu.

Faltu is struggling to gather money for her eye treatment. However, Dr. Ajit comes to her rescue and offers to pay for her medical expenses, but she refuses. 

Faltu and Ajit become good friends and she reveals the truth about her marriage to Ayaan. Now we will see that Ajit will start falling in love with Faltu.

Tanisha tries her best to get all of Ayaan’s attention and woo him. He is however more interested in giving all his time to Faltu.

Ayaan decides to atone for his mistake by helping Faltu get out of her sad situation.
