<p>The Chavan family accuses Sai as Pakhi goes missing and this leaves Sai even more tensed as she fears that Pakhi flew away with her child which was her last ray of hope</p>

<p>Pakhi refuses to sign Sai’s documents that states Pakhi has no rights on the baby and disappears from there that leaves Sai furious following which she warns Bhavani to do the worst if something wrong happens with the baby leaving the Chavans shocked</p>

<p>Pakhi gets irked with Sai’s orders during the pregnancy and just then Bhavani interrupts Sai and stops her from directing Pakhi for anything thus Sai remains helpless along with other family persons who obey Bhavani</p>

<p>Sai and Pakhi get into massive fight soon after the former exposes Pakhi’s surrogacy complications in front of the Chavans and thus Virat lashes out at Sai and warns her of stop doubting Pakhi but the story takes a U-turn when Sai reverts back to him showing her concern for their baby</p>

<p>Pakhi gets furious at Sai after the latter exposes her medical complications in front of the family following which Pakhi’s behaviour shocks everyone but the twist in the story comes when Virat fumes at Pakhi for her misbehavior towards Sai</p>

<p>The main culprit takes Sai and Pakhi at the gunpoint and threaten Virat while Bhavani thrashes the goons with the lV drip stand to save Patralekha from losing Sai and Virat’s child</p>

<p>Sai confronts Pakhi about the complications in surrogacy while Pakhi remains dumb and begs for apology to Sai but, however, Sai warns her to terminate from being a surrogate mother if anything goes wrong with the baby</p>

<p>Sai as a doctor treats Jagtap after he gets wounded that leaves Jagtap break in tears following which he realizes his mistakes and thanks Sai for her favour and befriends Virat</p>

<p>Jagtap makes Sai, Bhavani and Pakhi hostage with other members in the hospital wherein Virat tries his best to battle against the goons and rescue everyone, however, Sai here plays an important role to help Virat in saving Bhavani and Pakhi</p>

<p>Jagtap is in critical condition after Toy’s men shoot him but the entire blame comes on Virat as he aims to kill Jagtap with his gun and the situation worsens as DIG and Jagtap's father, themselves witness everything</p>
