Stand-up comedian and actor Vir Das, who was last seen in Aamir Khan’s Delhi Belly, has as many as seven films releasing this year (2013). Though, Vir had made his acting debut with <em>Mumbai Salsa</em> and followed it up with films like <em>Namastey London, Love Aaj Kal</em> and <em>Badmaash Company</em>, it was only on the Aamir Khan home production that he came into the eyes of the masses.

Though his last film Delhi Belly hit the bull’s eye, director Abhinay Deo has been lying low for some time. But, right now, he is through with not one but four scripts – an out-an-out comedy, a drama (based on relationships), a period drama and a children’s film. Deo will decide which one to take up first only once he is done with <em>24</em> (based on the <em>American series 24</em>), the television series he is co-producing with Anil Kapoor and directing it too. It is said that Deo will produce these films himself and will tie up with a corporate house.

Best friends for life Abhishek Bachchan and Rohan Sippy have decided to take a break from one another. After starring in all the three films that Rohan Sippy has directed (<em>Kuch Na Kaho, Bluffmaster</em> and <em>Dum Maaro Dum</em>) Abhishek Bachchan has decided to take a break from all things Sippy.
