Gungun and Anubhav are together in the hospital and they get a sad piece of news that breaks Gungun completely.

Riddhesh's health starts getting worse and before Gungun realizes that he is in danger. Riddhesh suffers from cardiac arrest and later he is hospitalized.

Gungun asks Anubhav to go as her wife and family must be waiting for him but he refuses.

Garima calls Anubhav to inform him about the situation and Anubhav leaves his wedding rituals aside to go and support Gungun in the hospital.

Anubhav rushes to the hospital and turns to a major support system for Gungun in her time of need. Wherein Gungun is quite hurt with Anubhav’s betrayal and now Riddesh fighting amid life and death, Anubhav now becomes a partner in pain to her. Therefore, Gungun also finds solace in him.

Anubhav calls himself the son-in-law of Riddesh and thus signs the required documents for Riddesh’s surgery. However, the prime twist comes when the Kulshreshtha family comes to know about Gungun’s father’s critical state and thus, rush to the hospital.
